Paul Dean

Paul is the founder, visionary, co-owner and CEO of Plant Assessor. He spent many years working in the plumbing, construction and machinery supply industries, where he developed a deep knowledge of machinery compliance, and was inspired to invent Plant Assessor. Paul’s understanding of Australian standards, regulations and legislation relating to machinery, safety and compliance is second to none, allowing him to develop the IP behind the Plant Assessor product.

Matthew Turner

Matthew has been co-owner of Plant Assessor since 2004, and Managing Director since 2008. Prior to Plant Assessor, Matthew gained extensive experience in general management of heavy industrial, manufacturing and distribution businesses. As a result, Matthew has developed a deep understanding of workplace health and safety management and behavioural safety management.
