Scott Reardon 

Scott Reardon is a Paralympic gold medallist and keynote speaker specialising in workplace safety. At the age of 12, Scott was involved in a farming machinery accident, resulting in the loss of his right leg. During his athletic career, Scott secured four consecutive championships in the men’s 100m T42 event and Paralympic medals. Scott has since become a passionate advocate for workplace safety and a successful entrepreneur, founding and running multiple businesses.

Matthew Turner

Matthew has been co-owner of Plant Assessor since 2004, and Managing Director since 2008. Prior to Plant Assessor, Matthew gained extensive experience in general management of heavy industrial, manufacturing and distribution businesses. As a result, Matthew has developed a deep understanding of workplace health and safety management and behavioural safety management.
